They must therefore provide work support to him based on the gaps left by
the other CNAs. Responsibility to the CNAs extends only so far as
assisting in shared work responsibilities.

Cons include the possibility that confrontation might increase tension. Also, confrontation
may lead to the departure of some individuals.

The rationale for a mediation effort is the view that we must first
attempt to redress concerns cited by both parties before considering
dismissal or transfer for any parties.
